Brandon Jerrell Bryant was born on January 1, 1986. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Bryant. He departed this life on April 5, 2013.
Brandon joined the Christ Holiness Church at a very early age under the pastor ship of his grandmother Pastor Jackson. Brandon attended the New Hanover County School System until third grade where he transferred to Washington County School System. He graduated from Plymouth High School in June of 2004. He attended Winston Salem State University until 2007 and got a job working for Bonded Logistics Company. After residing in Winston Salem for several years, he moved to Charlotte, NC and worked for the Audio Visual Company in Fort Mills, SC.
Brandon was a person of good character, loving and generous to all he came in contact with. Brandon enjoyed life to the fullest. He was a wonderful and loving son, father, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend to many.
Brandon leaves to cherish his memory: parents of 27 years Harry and Doris Bryant- Roper; son- X'zavion Devonte' Bryant- Roper; grandmother- Pastor Dorothy Jackson; aunts and uncles: William Jackson (Anne), Luther Jackson, Thomas Jackson (Annie), Timothy Moore (Paula), Charlene Jackson, Betty Simpson (Raymond), Eva Byant (Shelby), Johnnie Bryant, Ellis Bryant (Erma), Ottis Bryant (Helen), Rita Hargrove (James); and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were 2:00PM Thursday April 11, 2013 at New Bethel Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ) with Bishop Calvin Sykes, Norfolk, Virginia officiating, Johnson Hayes, Pastor. Burial followed in Christ Holiness Church Cemetery.
