Cadwell Cleon Moore was born February 26, 1945 to the late Robert S. Moore, Sr. and Irene Hyman Moore. He departed this life on December 24, 2014 in Mount Vernon hospital, mount Vernon, New York.

Cadwell was educated in the Washington County Public School System. He joined the Long Ridge Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. He had several jobs, but most of all, he was a mechanic and a business owner.

Cadwell was united in holy matrimony to Lottie Johnson and to this union six children were born. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

He leaves to cherish his memories six children: Cleon Derrick Moore of Mount Vernon,NY, Timothy Tyrone (Toya) Moore of Orange County, NY, Daphne Renee Moore of Mount Vernon, NY: Jacqueline Danette Moore of Mount Vernon, NY, Reginald Lyndell (Cynthia) Moore of Mount Vernon, NY and Dwayne Terrell (Nadia) Moore of Bronx,NY; seven grandchildren: Tamara Moore, Daquan Moore, Stacia Moore,Reginald Moore; twelve siblings: Robert Moore, Linda Biggs both of Plymouth, NC, Thornton (Pat) Moore, Clyde (Beverly) Moore, Geralyn Moore, Paula (Bobby) Parham, Terrance Moore and Rhonda Clark all of Atlanta, GA, Gwendolyn Moore of Durham, NC, Lester (Tammy) Moore of Williamsburg, VA, Reginald Moore of Phoenix, AZ and Andre Moore of Hawaii, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends.

Cadwell was preceded in death by one sister Sandra Hines, one brother Martin Moore and a grandson Dwayne Moore,Jr.

Funeral services were held Friday, January 2, 2015 at 1:00 PM, at Long Ridge Missionary Baptist Church, Plymouth, NC. with Dr. Rev. General James, Officiating. Burial followed at Toodle's Cemetery.
