Cedric Marcque Gillard, was born May 26, 1986 in Chowan County to Allen J. Bowser and Sarah Ann Hill. He passed away peacefully on Wednesday April 28, 2021 in Plymouth, NC. Cedric Gillard leaves to cherish his memories his children, Keonza Brooks, Massiah Gillard, and Ke'Zyia Brooks all of Plymouth, NC, his parents Allen J. Bowser of Hertford, NC, and Sarah A. Hill of Delaware, his siblings, Laushon M. Gillard of Plymouth, NC, Shawntae Gillard of Greenville, NC, Christopher L. Smith of New York and Maurice Bowser of Elizabeth City, NC.

Walk Though Visitation will be held on Friday May 7, 2021 from 6pm-8pm at Toodles Funeral Home Chapel 216 Washington Street Plymouth, NC.

Graveside Service will be held on 2pm on Saturday May 8, 2021, at Ellis Lee Cemetery in Plymouth, NC.
