Francine Denise Davis was born June 12, 1974 in Chowan County to Sherwin Downing and the late Lucy M. Downing. She departed this life on April 20, 2018 at the family home.

Funeral services were 2:00PM Friday April 27, 2018 at Spring Green Church Of Christ (Disciples of Christ) with Vice Bishop Stanley Hicks, officiating. Burial followed at Toodle's Cemetery.
