Mr. Fred Spencer Small, Jr., 69 of 207 Mackeys Road, Plymouth, died January 11, 2020 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital, Washington.
Funeral services will be 1:00PM Thursday January 16, 2020 at Second Zion Grove Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Hubert Judon, officiating. Burial will follow in Second Zion Grove Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6:00PM to 8:00PM Wednesday at Second Zion Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
The body will be placed in church one hour prior to service for visitation on Thursday.
