Mr. Irving Eugene Hill Sr.,72, was born in Tyrrell County, NC. He passed peacefully on Thursday July 15, 2021 at his home. He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Paulette R. Hill of the home, children Frederick Small of Portsmouth, VA, Lamont Holley and Lisa Smith both of Plymouth, NC, Irving E. Hill II and Montiikia Small both of Roper, NC, siblings Kaye Digging of Georgia, and Cynthia O'Neal of South Carolina.

Visitation will be held 1pm-2pm on Sunday July 25, 2021 and the Funeral Service will start at 2pm immediately after Visitation at Toodle's Funeral Home Chapel 216 Washington Street Plymouth, NC.

Bishop Daniel Gilliam will be officiating.
