Jacqueline Evon Johnson's Obituary
Jacqueline "Jackie" Evon Johnson was born May 27, 1968 in Plymouth, NC to Ola Faye and Herbert Lee Johnson. She departed this life on April 7, 2016.
Jackie received her education through the Washington County Public School System. Upon graduating from Plymouth High School, Jackie moved to Winston-Salem, NC.
There, she attended Forsyth Technical Community College and entered the Certified Nursing Assistant Program.
She received her certification as a CNA. Jackie was an extremely dedicated and devoted CNA to her clients.
Jackie leaves to cherish her loving memory: a daughter, Sherika Evon Walters; a son, Azavia Lamont Walters, both of Winston-Salem, NC; her parents, Ola Faye and Herbert Lee Johnson of Plymouth, NC and one granddaughter, Jania Faye Walters of Winston-Salem, NC.
Jacqueline is also survived by: two sisters, Debra Faye Johnson and Helen Marie Johnson of Winston-Salem, NC; five brothers, Tony Boston of Norfolk, VA; Daron (Catherine) Wardell Johnson, Edward Lee (Cidney) Johnson, and Herbert Darnell (LaToya) Johnson, all of Winston-Salem, NC; and Damian Levonte' Patterson of Plymouth, NC as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
