Mary Louise Downing, 85, entered eternal rest peacefully on Tuesday, March 10th 2020. She is survived by her daughters Gloria Carr and Janice Garrett both of Plymouth, NC, Marilyn Brooks(Herman)and Celeste Downing both of Alexandria, VA. Funeral services will be performed by Pastor Larry Clagon at Toodles Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, March 17th, 2020.
