Rita Ann Pinkard was born on January 20, 1966 to Louis Rhodes, Jr. and the late Addie Cabarrus Pinkard in Wicomico County in Salisbury, Maryland. God called her name and gave her wings on Sunday, August 14, 2016. She was preceded in death by her mother Addie C. Pinkard and a brother, Charles Pinkard.
Rita was educated in the schools of Washington County and graduated from Creswell High School. She attended Elizabeth City University and also attended Martin County Community College. After relocating to Plymouth, she made Spring Green Church of Christ Disciples of Christ her home and worked faithfully in the church.
