Ms. Vinie Norman Downing, 98, of Plymouth, received her wings of eternal rest October 16, 2022 at ECU Health Bertie, Windsor.
Funeral service will be 1:00PM Saturday October 22, 2022 at Toodle's Chapel with Minister Taurean D. Walston, officiating. Burial will follow in Macedonia Cemetery.
Walk through visitation will be 6:00PM to 8:00PM Friday at Toodle's Chapel.
