William Walter Spruill "Pooh-Pot" was born July 17, 1978 to Shirley Faye Spruill and William Walter Carter in Plymouth, NC. He daparted this life on March 30, 2020 at Washington County Regional Hospital.
He attended Washington County Public Schools and graduated from Plymouth High School in 1996.
William leaves to cherish his memories: son- LaQuan Tyrese Clemmons; daughter- Wy'khera Mionni Spruill; parents- Shirley Faye Spruill and William Walter Carter; sister- Cheryl Spruill Arnold; grandfather- Wilbert Feyton; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Graveside services were 2:00PM April 9, 2020 at Watson Memorial Gardens with Minister Twymon Arnold, officiating.
